0.75 cup Bulgur
2 serving stewed sliced tomatoes best yet 1/2c
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
3 Teaspoon Juice
3 tsp Curry Powder
2 serving savory broth chicken flavor reduced sodium
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Table Salt
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
3 serving 1 Chicken Breast Meat with Rib Meat - Trader Joe's
1 cup 8 fl oz Water, Bottled, Poland Spring

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken with Bulgur Wheat Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a skillet, stir together water, stewed tomatoes, brown rice, raisins, lemon juice, curry powder, bouillon, ground cinnamon, salt, garlic, and bay leaf.

  3. Bring to a boil; then stir in chicken.

  4. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish.

  5. Cover, and bake in the preheated oven 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender and chicken juices run clear.
