Chick pea curry from Classic Essential Curries

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chick Peas

1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(110 g) Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tsp Cumin
2 g Coriander Powder
540 grams Peas Chick
540 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving Indian Spices Garam Masala

Recipe Directions for Curried Chick Peas

Cook onions in oil, add garlic. Add spices except garam masala. Cook 7 min Add chick peas & undrained tomatoes. Stir then simmer covered over low heat for 20 min. Stir in garam masala & simmer covered for 10 min
