Quick Curried Cauliflower. Good with rice and flat bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Cauliflower

20 oz of frozen cauliflower
1 large onion
2 tbls chopped fresh ginger
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp turmeric, ground
2 tsp coriander, ground
2 tbl olive oil

Recipe Directions for Curried Cauliflower

  1. Brown chopped onion in olive oil.

  2. Add spices.

  3. Add Cauliflower.

  4. Add 1/4 cup of water to steam and stir to coat cauliflower with spices.

  5. Done when cauliflower is tender.
