Cauliflower simmered in homemade curry sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoon Cumin
2 tablespoon Turmeric, Ground
2 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
2 tablespoon Ground Coriander
1 tablespoon Cloves, Ground

Recipe Directions for Curried Cauliflower

  1. chop onion and brown in the olive oil

  2. add the chopped cauliflower

  3. add all spices to taste

  4. then add water to almost cover.

  5. cover and allow to steam and boil in spices.

  6. uncover and allow water to cook off.

  7. Serve over raw spinach.
