Recipe Ingredients for Curried Cauliflower

2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup red lentils, rinsed well
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 fruit lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon Tamari soy sauce, gluten free

Recipe Directions for Curried Cauliflower

  1. Sauté onions in the olive oil until crisp tender.

  2. Add cauliflower, lentils and spices.

  3. Add one cup of water.

  4. Cook over low flame until the cauliflower is tender.

  5. Add lemon juice and Tamari. Stir to combine.
