Recipe Ingredients for curried cauliflower and lentils

1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup red lentils
3 cups water
1 cup kale, chopped

Recipe Directions for curried cauliflower and lentils

  1. fry onion and garlic in a big pot in oil

  2. add rest of stuff

  3. cover and bring to boil

  4. turn down to med-low

  5. cook covered for 20 mins

  6. yup

  7. serve over brown rice!
