400 grams Tomatoes Diced No Salt Added
1 serving Borlotti Beans in water

Recipe Directions for Curried cauliflower w beans

  1. Heat oil, add 1 tsp curry powder, 0.5 grnd cumin, .5 grnd coriander, 10-15 sec

  2. Add cauliflower florests, pepper flakes, .25 cup water, 3-4 min

  3. Add toms, stir as thickens slightly, 10 min

  4. Add beans

  5. Sprinkle with minced cilantro
