Recipe Ingredients for Curried carrot spread

1 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup great northern beans
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Curried carrot spread

Boil carrots until tender. Drain. Cook onion, garlic, curry powder and cumin in oil until onion is tender. Add carrots, onion mixture, beans, water and salt to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve over crackers or chips.
