Low fat spicy curried carrot soup!

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Carrot Soup

2 tsp curry powder
8 med carrots
4 stalks celery
1 med onion
28 oz broth
12 oz water

Recipe Directions for Curried Carrot Soup

Cook curry in 3 tbsp water for two minutes. Chop vegetables and add to curry. Cook 10 minute. Add broth and water. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Puree and serve with non-fat soup cream.
