Recipe Ingredients for Curried Carrot Soup

907 3/20 grams Mini Peeled Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cube Vegetable Bouillon
1 tbsp Curry Powder
3 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Curried Carrot Soup

  1. Saute choppped onion in cast iron pot

  2. Add curry powder and stir

  3. Add Carrots and Garlic and Stir

  4. Add 4 Cups Water and Bouillon Cube

  5. Bring to Boil

  6. Simmer 20 minutes

  7. Puree

  8. Serve Hot or Cold
