Recipe Ingredients for Curried Cabbage

1 tbsp. Canola oil
1/2 cup minced onions
2 garlic minced cloves
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
4 tsp. Curry powder
1 tsp. ground turmeric
3 lbs. green cabbage
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Curried Cabbage

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add onions and garlic; sauté 2 minutes.

  3. Add mustard, curry, and turmeric; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

  4. Stir in cabbage and remaining ingredients; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
