Recipe Ingredients for Curried Brown rice and chicken salad

1 cup water
1 cup fat free chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 cups brown rice, uncooked
1 cup chicken breast, chopped
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 medium green pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Curried Brown rice and chicken salad

  1. Mix water, chicken broth and curry powder.

  2. Put in rice pot and add uncooked rice, stir well till mixed.

  3. Cook rice till done, let cool.

  4. Add chicken, mayo and bell pepper; mix lightly.
