Recipe Ingredients for curried bell pepper with rice

1 1/2 cups rice
1 large green bell pepper
1 tbsp safflower oil
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds

Recipe Directions for curried bell pepper with rice

  1. Heat oil in the pan

  2. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds

  3. After 10 seconds, add chopped green bell and stir fry for 5 minutes until tender.

  4. Add salt to taste and curry powder

  5. Fry the mixture for another 2 minutes

  6. Add Cooked rice and mix it together.
