Verry yummy. 2 tsp. of Curry made this a pretty spicy curry. Original recipe called for only one.

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Beef

2 pounds ground beef
141 g. minced onion
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sage
2 tsp salt
6 tbsp flour
4 cups skim milk
1 tsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Curried Beef

  1. Brown Ground Beef with onion until ground beef is fully cooked.

  2. Add salt, pepper and sage.

  3. Add flour, making sure that it is fully mixed in.

  4. Add milk all at once and stir while mixture boils and thickens.

  5. Add Curry powder to taste.

  6. Enjoy with rice or oodles of noodles!
