Recipe Ingredients for Curried Beef 01/17/09

746 g ground beef
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp flour
2 cups skim milk
2 tsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Curried Beef 01/17/09

  1. Brown Ground Beef with onion until ground beef is fully cooked.

  2. Add salt, pepper and sage.

  3. Add flour, making sure that it is fully mixed in.

  4. Add milk all at once and stir while mixture boils and thickens.

  5. Add Curry powder to taste.

  6. Enjoy with rice or oodles of noodles!
