Recipe Ingredients for Curried beans and Tomatoes

14 oz. diced tomatoes with green chile
1 potato
1 onion
14 oz. canned black beans
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 dash cinnamon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup black beans
3 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Curried beans and Tomatoes

  1. 1. Cut the potato into cubes, and microwave it for 5 minutes. Set aside.

  2. 2. Cook the onion in the oil in a saucepan.

  3. 3. Add the tomatoes, beans, spices, and potato to it. Cook for a little more.

  4. 4. Serve with brown rice. I also like adding veggies such as spinach, eggplant, broccoli...but that's your call.
