Recipe Ingredients for Curried Beans and Spinach

147 g onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
5 g garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
300 g spinach
1/2 cup broth (divided)
157 g cooked kidney beans
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon red pepper (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon garam masala (see my recipe)
8 g peanut butter
1 Salt to taste
