A great dish in place of spaghetti

Recipe Ingredients for Curders Pasta

1 pound ground beef
2 tsp salt
1 pepper to taste
16 oz. tomatoes, diced, canned
8 oz. tomato sauce, canned
2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 oz. noodles, linguini
1 c sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
6 green onions, diced ( tops too)
2 c cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Curders Pasta

Brown meat; drain. Add salt, pepper, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and garlic. Simmer 5 minutes. Cook noodles according to package, drain. Combine sour cream, cream cheese and green onions; mix well. While noodles are still warm add the sour cream mixture and mix well. Alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat sauce and cheese. Layer twice in rectangular backing dish, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Can be made in advance and frozen.
