Russian curd fritters, breakfast meal

Recipe Ingredients for Curd fritters

250 g cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp flour
30 g sunflower oil, to fry

Recipe Directions for Curd fritters

  1. Mix carefully cottage cheese, egg, sugar and flour

  2. Make balls (5-6cm dia) from the melange

  3. Roll them in the flour

  4. Squash (flatten) the balls on the table to make pancakes (2cm thick, 8-10cm dia)

  5. Use 20-30g of the sunflour oil or small piece of butter to fry

  6. You may eat it with honey, sour cream or jam
