Traditional cupcake recipe and still the best!

Recipe Ingredients for Cupcakes

4 oz butter
4 oz self raising flour
4 oz caster sugar
2 medium eggs

Recipe Directions for Cupcakes

  1. Cream the butter and sugar.

  2. Beat in the eggs and flour.

  3. Bake in cupcake cases at 180oc for about 12mins or until springy to the touch.

  4. Beat eaten when still slightly warm or else iced.
