My healthy take on a cupcake recipe I found on www.joythebaker.com !

Recipe Ingredients for Cupcakes (healthy!)

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
96 grams SPLENDA No Calorie
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.33 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 large Egg, White
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Becel Light Margarine

Recipe Directions for Cupcakes (healthy!)

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix dry ingredients

  3. Gradually pour in half the milk

  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk and vanilla

  5. Mix dry ingredients with the wet mixture

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes
