Recipe Ingredients for Cupcake, Chocolate Vegan

1 cup soy milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3/4 cups white sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup white flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Cupcake, Chocolate Vegan

  1. Whisk soy milk and vinegar. Set aside to curdle.

  2. Beat together sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add curdled milk.

  3. Sift together dry ingredients, add into wet.

  4. Pour into muffin tins.

  5. Cook 18-20 minutes at 350.

  6. Let cool before frosting.
