light yummy cup cakes, not very calorie friendly but delicious

Recipe Ingredients for cup cakes

125 grams butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup milk

Recipe Directions for cup cakes

  1. cream butter and sugar and vanilla together

  2. add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.

  3. Sift flour and baking powder together and add to creamed mix.

  4. Stir in milk.

  5. grease muffin tin

  6. bake at 190C for 15 mins.

  7. when cold decorate if you wish
