15 ounce of chickpeas, with about half the water drained off
1/4 cup tahini
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice (or more, to desired consistency)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
