0.5 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
0.25 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
0.13 cup, diced Celery
0.13 cup, cubes Turnips
1 tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
7 4/5 grams Sunflower Seeds
5 g Cumin Powder

Recipe Directions for Cumin Chick Pea Swiss Chard Salad

Swiss chard is stirred in a non stick pan, chick peas and cumin added and heated to blend cumin flavor thru. Let it cool a bit and add the raw celery, turnip julienne strips, sunflower seeds and seasoned rice vinegar to taste.
