1 medium red onion
1/2 cup white vinegar

Recipe Directions for Cucumbers & Onions

  1. Alternate: Cucumbers (sliced in a med to thin thickness) with the Onions - thin sliced into a med sized bowl

  2. Pour vinegar over, then cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
