Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber-Yogurt Dip

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
6 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dill
3/4 cup diced cucumber

Recipe Directions for Cucumber-Yogurt Dip

  1. Mix yogurt and nonfat mayo in a bowl.

  2. Add dill and finely diced cucumber.

  3. Combine well, and chill.

  4. Serve with pita bread or pita chips, or as a sauce over chicken, fish, or kabobs.
