Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber-Tomato Salad

2 cucumbers, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Cucumber-Tomato Salad

  1. Put the chopped cucumbers and tomatoes in a large bowl.

  2. Drizzle olive oil over the top and add seasonings, with more salt and pepper to taste as desired.

  3. Store in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
