Tasty and quick chopped salad of cucumbers and grape tomatoes with creamy avocado and lime.

Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber & Tomato Salad

2 cucumbers, diced
2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 avocado, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 tbs fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Cucumber & Tomato Salad

  1. Peel and dice 2 large cucumbers.

  2. Slice grape tomatoes in half

  3. Remove pit and dice 1 ripe avocado

  4. Dice 1/2 onion

  5. Squeeze juice from 1 lime, about 1 tbs

  6. dash of salt and fresh ground black pepper

  7. mix well and serve chilled or room temperature
