Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber Sandwich

2 slice Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat
1 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
1/2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 oz Alfalfa Sprouts
1 tsp Vinegar red wine
1 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 cup Spinach
1/2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados

Recipe Directions for Cucumber Sandwich

1. Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon cream cheese. On one slice of bread, arrange cucumber slices in a single layer. Cover with sprouts, then sprinkle with oil and vinegar. Layer tomato slices, spinach. Spread other lice of bread with mashed avocado. Close sandwich and serve immediately.
