This is an easy and tasty recipe that is sure to please.

Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber Salad

1 slice, thin(9 g) Onions
1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
1 serving Tomatoes
1 medium stalk, raw Celery
2 tbsp Vinegar red wine
1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
2/5 grams Coarse Kosher Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Thyme, Fresh
1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Cucumber Salad

  1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Slice cucumber and cut each slice into fourths. Slice celery. Thinly slice onions. You want everything about the same size-although I like the onions really thin. Put it all in a bowl with a lid.

  2. In a smaller bowl, combine red wine vinegar, olive oil, italian seasoning, thyme, salt and pepper to taste. pour mixture over veggies and cover. Let marinade in fridge for at least 1-2 hours.
