Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber Salad

2 cucumbers
1 medium vidalia onion
3/4 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup Sucralose No Calorie Sweetener
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Cucumber Salad

  1. Wash cucumbers. Cut into thin slices, peel on. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Combine cucumber and onions in a bowl or ziploc bag with water, vinegar, sucralose, salt and pepper, mixing well.

  2. Refrigerate 2 -4 hours before eating.
