My famous cucumber salad. yummy. Definitely a summer or spring salad!

Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber Salad

2 cucumbers
1/8 c. granulated sugar
1 red onion
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbs. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. noodles

Recipe Directions for Cucumber Salad

  1. Peel cucumbers and slice into small slices.

  2. Chop up the onion.

  3. Add all ingredients together in a bowl.

  4. Refridgerate for better taste!
