Yummy sauce to put on sandwiches. Goes great with pitas.

Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber and Red Bell Pepper Sauce

21 g onion, grilled
195 g red bell pepper, grilled
73 g cucumber
4 cloves garlic, roasted
1 tsp olive oil (to roast garlic)
300 g nonfat greek yogurt

Recipe Directions for Cucumber and Red Bell Pepper Sauce

  1. Grill red bell pepper and onion

  2. Place garlic in a pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over it. Cook at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.

  3. Chop up cucumber.

  4. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
