2 tablespoons mint, chopped fresh
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, roasted and ground
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 salt

  1. Whisk the yoghurt until it is smooth

  2. Place the grated cucumber in a seive and press to extract the excess water

  3. Stir the cucumber into the yoghurt with the remaining ingredients
