This is a sidedish made with yogurt and raw cucumbers

Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber Raaita

1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 cucumber
1/4 onion
7 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp dill seeds

Recipe Directions for Cucumber Raaita

  1. chop the vegetables

  2. grind cumin seeds and dill seeds into a course powder.

  3. whisk the yogurt in a bowl

  4. Add the vegetables, ground seeds and salt and mix gently with a spoon.

  5. garnish with chopped cilantro.
