2 cucumbers, sliced 1 large onion sliced and separated into rings 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into rings 1-pint sour cream (can use low fat or fat free) 4 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 cup honey

2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1.5 large Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2.3 oz White Distilled Vinegar
6 Teaspoon Juice
0.5 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
16 oz Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured

Recipe Directions for Cucumber/onion salad

  1. 1.Whisk together sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice and honey until smooth.
