1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, 12 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
4 grams Fat Free Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Cucumber and Mint Soup

Puree the cucumbers, yogurt, sour cream, mustard and salt in a blender for 1 minute. Transfer to a bowl or pitcher. Cover and chill at least 6 hours or overnight.
