This is a dip safe for those attempting to cleanse themselves of Candida. It is a tasty way to get the needed probiotic-rich yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber Dip - Candida

8 oz Plain Nonfat
1/4 cup slices Cucumber
1/4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 tsp Dill Weed
4 dash Salt, Table
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Cucumber Dip - Candida

  1. Note: The dill is 2 Tablespoons, and apple cider vinegar is 1 teaspoon.

  2. Dice the cucumber and dill weed, mince the garlic. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or container with a lid. Add salt to taste. You may also season with other Candida safe spices such as cayenne, black pepper, or ground mustard. Cover. Refrigerate one hour before serving.

  3. Goes well with raw celery or zucchini strips, or Candida safe crackers such as brown rice or quinoa. I also used Romaine lettuce to make little lettuce wraps with this as the filling for a nice snack/appetizer.
