Beef and Cucumber Chili con Carne

Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber Chili

300 g ground beef
1 (600g) cucumber
3 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tbsp cayenne powder

Recipe Directions for Cucumber Chili

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet and add the ground beef. Let sear while stirring for 5 minutes. Add cucumber slices, ketchup and cayenne powder, stir. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 3-5 minutes or until cucumber slices are soft.
