Recipe Ingredients for cucumber in brine soup

600 g Old Style Cucumbers in Brine
2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
2 Potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
4 tsp Vegeta Gourmet Seasoning
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Soft)
1/4 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half

Recipe Directions for cucumber in brine soup

  1. cut carrots and potatoes in small bite size cubes.

  2. Shred cucumbers with a box grater on a large hole.

  3. Squeeze all liquid out.

  4. in a medium pot bring water to boil. Add Vegetal.

  5. In a small pan heat carrots and potatoes in butter until light golden. Drop in water. In same pan heat cucumber. Add to water. Bring to boil. Add cream and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve warm or cold.
