Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber Borani

2 cups plain yogurt
1 large cucumber, peeled and grated
4 tbsp raisins
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 small onion, minced
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
1/4 tsp dried mint, powdered

Recipe Directions for Cucumber Borani

Peel and grate 1 large cucumber and mix well with 2 cups plain yogurt. Add 4 tbsp raisins, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, 1 small onion minced, salt, pepper, and powdered mint. Serve cold.
