1 1/2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
2 medium Tomatoes
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 lemon+yields lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Cucumber, Avocado and Tomato Salad (No queso)

Whisk lemon juice and olive oil. Cube all ingredients and mix everything together. You can it as is or let it sit for awhile to let the flavors meld.
