Low Calorie, high nutrition sandwich spread to replace mayo if Mustard is not your thing. Accompanies fish, turkey, and chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Cucumber Avocado Sandwich Spread

2 c Avacado
1 tsp Iodized Salt
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Hot Sauce, Habanero
1/4 c Red Onion, diced
1/4 c Cucumber, diced
1/4 c Fat-Free Yogurt, Plain

Recipe Directions for Cucumber Avocado Sandwich Spread

Add solid ingredients except cucumber, Avocado, or yogurt, puree in a blender until chunky, add Avocado Yogurt, and Cucumber, blend on "chop" until smooth. Refrigerate for 10 b- 15 min to set, refrigerate to store. Serving size, app. 1.5 tbsp.
