15 ounces cubed steaks
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 cups 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, condensed
3 1/2 servings Italian style diced tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Cubed Steaks with tomato-mushroom sauce

  1. Brown steaks in oil and remove from skillet

  2. Add in onion, garlic, mushrooms, soup and tomatoes.

  3. Readd steak and bring to a boil

  4. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes or until steaks are tender
