Caprese salad with white beans & vinegar

Recipe Ingredients for Cubed Caprese Salad

16 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
16 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
15 oz Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Organic
2 oz Pesto Sauce
3 tbsp Vinegar red wine

Recipe Directions for Cubed Caprese Salad

Mix and season and then reseason again to adjust to your taste. Eat at once or keep it in the fridge up to a few days (really, it will depend on how fresh your mozzarella is; the made-daily stuff is only good for a day or two, most others will last nearly a week).
