Cube Steak with peppers, onions, and potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Cube Steak with peppers, onions, and potatoes

2 pounds cube steak
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
7 mushrooms
1/2 red onion
1/2 white onion
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 cloves garlic
12 red potatoes

Recipe Directions for Cube Steak with peppers, onions, and potatoes

  1. Brown steak in pressure cooker

  2. Remove

  3. Saute veggies (except potatoes) for 3 minutes

  4. Add steak

  5. Add chicken broth

  6. Cook under high pressure for 6 minutes, use quick release.

  7. Remove all.

  8. Add potatoes and cook under high pressure for 6 minutes, quick release.
