Recipe Ingredients for Cubbie's Breakfast

3 Eggs
2 Mushrooms, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup broccoli, diced
2 oz ham, diced
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tbsp chopped dill

Recipe Directions for Cubbie's Breakfast

  1. Over medium heat, heat oil

  2. Add chopped broccoli, diced onion, mushrooms and ham.

  3. When broccoli becomes slightly translucent add the three eggs and fry to desired firmness.
