Recipe Ingredients for Cuban Sandwich

3 ounces sliced pork
1/5 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup plum tomatoes
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon butter

Recipe Directions for Cuban Sandwich

  1. Layer onto sub roll.

  2. Grill sandwich in frying pan over butter, using spatula to flatten roll.

  3. Serve hot.
