2 oz pork
2 oz genoa salami
2 oz swiss cheese
3 slices pickles
2 T yellow mustard

Recipe Directions for Cuban Sandwich

  1. Spread mustard on bread.

  2. Layer ingredients on Cuban bread to cover bottom half in the following order: ham, pork, salami, cheese, and pickles.

  3. Press the sandwich while warming on griddle.
